  • This ticket is only valid for the Ayasofya-i Kebir Camii Şerifi Visiting Area and Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum. Please keep your ticket during your visit and present it to the officials when requested.

 

  • This ticket is valid for the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

  • By using this ticket to enter the Ayasofya-i Kebir Cami-i Şerifi Visiting Area, you acknowledge that you are entering a site of high historical, religious, and architectural significance. You agree that you will not cause any material or spiritual harm during your visit and will be responsible for any damage you may cause.

 

  • Your ticket is for one person and is valid for a single visit in the specified areas.

 

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.

 

  • Follow the directions of the officials during your visit.

 

  • To use this ticket at the entrance of Ayasofya-i Kebir Cami-i Şerifi Visiting Area, compliance with the dress code rules set for the mosque is mandatory.

 

  • Please silence your mobile phone during your visit to the Ayasofya-i Kebir Cami-i Şerifi Visiting Area and Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum, and use it only in Augmented Reality (AR) experience areas during your visit to the Ayasofya-i Kebir Cami-i Şerifi Visiting Area.

 

  • For your visit to Ayasofya-i Kebir Cami-i Şerifi Visiting Area and Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum no commercial or news-related photographs or videos may be taken without prior written permission from the relevant authorities. Personal use photography and short-term video recording are allowed in the area. Flash photography is strongly discouraged.

 

  • Eating and drinking are not allowed in the Ayasofya-i Kebir Camii Şerifi Visiting Area and Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum, and entering the area with food and beverages is prohibited.

 

  • Security forces may limit the number of people allowed to enter the mosque and its surroundings.

 

  • Visiting hours may be restricted based on the mosque’s worship programs, and entries may be completely stopped at certain times.

 

  • The right to refuse service and deny entry to visitors exhibiting aggressive or provocative behavior, and/or those who are not in control of themselves, is reserved.

 

  • Children under the age of 8 will be admitted with their parents. Parents accompanying children under the age of 8 will be responsible for ensuring that the children adhere to mosque rules.

 

  • During your experience at the Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum, stimulating effects such as bright lights, loud noises, fast-moving images and effects, lights, and smoke machines may be used. If you are sensitive to these types of effects, we recommend that you avoid visiting the museum.
